Am 28. Oktober 2023 punkt 12 Uhr läutet Messeglöckner Florian von Bidder im Turm der Martinskirche die Basler Herbstmesse ein. Um 11.45 Uhr hält Regierungspräsident Beat Jans auf dem Martinskirchplatz ein Grusswort.
